Non-Profit Health Program Plan

I’m formalising a humanitarian, health-focused non-profit and need a full business plan that I can present to board members, donors, and grant committees. The organisation’s core mission is to improve community health and wellness through accessible programs such as preventative screenings, nutrition workshops, and mobile clinics.

What I expect the finished plan to cover:
• Mission & vision articulation that highlights our charitable, human-services orientation
• Market and community-needs analysis using recent health statistics and comparable NGO benchmarks
• Detailed program descriptions with impact metrics for each health & wellness initiative
• Fund-raising strategy (grants, corporate partnerships, individual giving) with 3–5-year revenue projections
• Operating model, governance structure, staffing requirements, and volunteer integration
• Expense forecasts, cash-flow statement, and sustainability break-even timeline
• Risk assessment and monitoring framework

Please base financials on realistic non-profit ratios, cite data sources, and format the document so it’s ready for board review: Word or Google Docs plus an Excel sheet for the financial tables. An executive summary up front and a one-page infographic of key numbers would be ideal.
