Need a business proposal written for investor interested in my brand

I need to have a professional business proposal written to an investor interested in my brand. It MUST be persuasive. After speaking with this investor, he believes in my brand but wants a written proposal.

Points that need to be highlighted in the proposal:
1.) Why should he invest in my brand.
2.) What's the background of my brand what does it represent
3.) The cost (I will come up with an itemized list of the things I need and how much they will cost)
4.) How this would be a successful investment
5.) Silent investor/short term
