Need Workfront Functional Consultant
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’m looking for an experienced Workfront functional consultant to take a fresh, end-to-end look at our current setup—portfolios, projects, tasks, custom forms, queues, templates, user roles, the works—and turn loosely defined business needs into clear, actionable Workfront specifications. Because we have no usable documentation today, you’ll be starting from a blank slate, so a structured approach to discovery and documentation is essential.
What I need from you
• Comprehensive analysis of how we intake, prioritise, plan, and execute work today, highlighting gaps or inefficiencies.
• Authoritative guidance on governance, role design, reporting, and workflow automation that aligns with accepted Workfront best practices.
• A full set of functional specifications that translate each business requirement into the right Workfront objects, fields, and configurations, ensuring nothing is lost in translation.
• A mapping matrix that shows, at a glance, how every requirement connects to specific Workfront features and the overarching business objectives.
The finished artefacts should be detailed enough for an admin or configurator to build against without further clarification and should reflect Workfront native capabilities wherever possible before recommending custom solutions.
