Need BDM For IT Solution or BPO Project
Budget: ₹150,000 – ₹250,000 INR
I am looking for a Business Development Manager for a medium-scale IT Solution project. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in sales and marketing.
Key requirements for the project include:
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to promote our IT solution to potential clients
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT industry
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Collaborating with the project management team to ensure successful project delivery
- Conducting market research and staying updated with industry trends
- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives
Skills and experience required for this role:
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities
- Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts to clients
- Familiarity with project management principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
