NHS Framework Strategic Plan Development

I’m preparing our organisation’s application to join the NHS Framework and need a complete strategic plan produced from scratch. The work spans discovery, analysis, drafting and, most critically, compiling every piece of submission paperwork the Framework demands.
The plan must set clear direction for patient-centred care, efficient workforce deployment and technology-driven innovation while meeting all NHS policy and formatting standards. I’ll provide access to existing data and stakeholders; you will turn this into a coherent, persuasive document that survives scrutiny.
Deliverables
• Full strategic plan (executive summary, objectives, KPIs, risk and mitigation, implementation roadmap)
• Completed NHS Framework forms and appendices, ready for submission
• One revision cycle after internal review
Acceptance criteria
