I am a real estate developer. My analyst has left the country, and I need help conforming our existing proforma model in MS Excel. The real estate project is a mixed-use, Multifamily project with 177 apartment units. We have a new proposal for debt financing, and we need to model as well as make other changes to the proforma to update it to current market conditions.
