Multi-Business Valuation Reports

I need formal valuation reports for four separate businesses we own—spanning retail, manufacturing and service-based operations. For each company the report must fold the commercial property value into the overall figure rather than treating the real estate as a stand-alone asset.
What I expect in every report
• A clear asset/property appraisal coupled with an income-based analysis, woven into a single, defensible figure.
• Supporting market evidence where relevant to show how the conclusion stacks up against comparable sales or earnings multiples.
• A concise executive summary, detailed methodology, assumptions, and any sensitivity tables that help me explain the numbers to bankers and potential investors.
I have evaluations with all the information for the properties. I’m trying to prove that my husband devalued all the businesses and committed fraud upon the court so I need to raise the numbers and higher and I need someone to be certified in the US.
