Moving Company Funding Proposal Writer

Job ID: 40501424

Budget: $250 – $750 USD

I’m launching a new moving company and need a polished, investor-ready business proposal to present to banks and other financial institutions. The document must do more than tick boxes—it has to convince risk analysts that our concept is viable, scalable, and worth financing.

What I need you to cover
• Unique services offered – Early morning, late night, last min, on-call residential moving company - spell out the differentiators that set us apart from traditional movers, backed by data or brief case-study style examples.
• Market analysis – quantify demand, profile competitors, and highlight growth trends in the relocation sector. Please ground every claim in credible sources.
• Revenue projections – three- to five-year financial forecasts with assumptions clearly stated. Excel-based models are fine as long as they export cleanly to PDF.

Preferred structure
Executive summary, company overview, service offering, market/competitor analysis, marketing strategy, operations plan, management team bios, detailed financials, and funding request.

Acceptance criteria
– Readable, bank-grade formatting in editable Word or Google Docs plus a print-ready PDF.
– All figures cross-checked; formulas left visible in the accompanying spreadsheet.
– Tone: confident but conservative, suitable for credit committees.

A couple details that may help or could be key points, Fremont does not have a residential moving company. I currently work for Big Lots as a manger selling furniture daily. There are so many missed sales due to the fact customers don't have a truck, are un-able to lift/carry heavy items, or they don't want to pay $140 for an out-of-town moving company to go across town!! I have received approval from corporate to contract a 3rd party moving company for the Fremont and Tiffin Big Lot stores. Why not capitalize on this opportunity!!

If you’re comfortable blending sharp copywriting with rigorous financial modeling, I’d like to see a brief outline of your approach and two sample pages from past proposals (anonymised is fine).
