We are committed to delivering exceptional services and solutions to our clients, and we are looking for a dedicated Human Resources Specialist to help us find talented Lebanese professionals living in France who are willing to travel to Arabic countries as business ambassadors.
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, attract, and recruit Lebanese talent living in Spain for key positions within our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the real estate and insurance sectors, and a deep understanding of the Lebanese and European job markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract Lebanese professionals living in Spain.
- Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the company.
- Coordinate and facilitate the hiring process, including interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure candidates have the ability and willingness to travel to Arabic countries as business ambassadors.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates and industry contacts.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and human resources.
Qualifications:
- Expert in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Human Resources Specialist or Recruiter, preferably within the real estate and insurance industries.
- Strong understanding of the Lebanese and European job markets.
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
- Familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Fluency in English and Arabic; French is a plus.
