Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced Meta Business Suite and Business Manager expert to help me clean up and consolidate my Facebook business assets.
My situation involves:
• Multiple old Facebook Pages (some with old Page experience, some newer)
• Several Business Manager accounts created over the years (not properly structured)
• Multiple Ad Accounts (some active, some inactive or problematic)
• Mixed access rights (legacy roles, Business Manager roles, and Page roles not aligned)
• One Instagram profile currently disabled
I am personally not very experienced in setting this up properly and would like someone to take care of this in a secure and transparent way.
Objectives:
• Identify and map all my existing Business Manager accounts, Pages, Ad Accounts, and the disabled Instagram profile
• Provide a clear plan to consolidate them under a clean and manageable structure
• Help execute the consolidation process, cleaning up unused Business Managers and Ad Accounts where possible
• Provide guidance on whether my Instagram profile can or should be recovered, or if it should be excluded from the business structure
• Ensure that Page ownership and Ad Account access remain fully under my control at all times
• Set up the correct access permissions and roles according to best practices
• Provide simple documentation of what was done and how the final structure looks
Important security notice:
I will NOT provide any passwords.
Access will only be granted via Partner Access or temporary admin roles with limited permissions inside my Business Manager.
I expect the expert to clearly explain what level of access they will need and why.
Ownership rights to my Pages, Ad Accounts, and Business Manager must remain with me at all times.
Please apply only if you have demonstrable experience in Business Manager architecture, Page consolidation, and Ad Account management.
General “social media managers” without technical BM experience are NOT suitable for this project.
