Marketing plan /organic wellness industry

Seeking someone essentially to corelate my industry experience and knowledge in the Wellness Industry and capture my marketing experience also and create a more formal plan/document that i can provide a marketing team for them to understand what is expected of them monthly over 12 months as well as a planner for my staff to pro-actively see upcoming events etc. and better organize themselves.
