Marketing Strategy for annual competition
Budget: $25 – $50 AUD
A not for profit organisation in Australia that runs an annual competition event. Participants compete for prize money by submitting hackathon style projects.
The organisation is well established with a large community and has been operating for 13 years. Seasonal volunteers have previously been used to produce marketing communication plans and content.
The organisation is in need of a strategist to first review the current position and make recommendations. Depending on the findings, additional pieces of work may be required to assist the organisation in execution of the marketing strategy.
Hourly rate to research, interview stakeholders, and produce a report of findings and recommendations. Milestones to be set, and hours to be tracked.
Please share skills and experience, preferably published examples of similar reports and recommendations (rather than 'I did marketing for McDonalds', look how good they are now). Alternate, verifiable references for other not for profit organisations.
