Marketing a Financial Management System to Uganda SACCOs and VSLAs

iRembo Finance Gateway as a Management Information System (MIS) is designed as a baking software that will improve record keeping, coordination and data management among Financial Cooperative Societies (SACCOs, SILCs and VSLAs). This strengthens the capacity of domestic micro financial institutions to encourage and expand access to banking, insurance and financial services for all; and ensure a higher proportion of Youth and Women with an account that will connect them to a bank or other financial institution or with a mobile-money-service provider. iRembo will provide an e-Wallet for all registered users through their phone number.
IRembo Finance Gateway will have complementary services like; customer acquisition consultancy and Digital Financial literacy for governances and managements of financial Cooperative Societies.
This means that iRembo also targets to develop and operationalize a global strategy for youth employment and implement the Global Jobs Pact of the International Labor Organization by 2030 this will be achievable by enabling financial institutions to expand access to financial services easily and in time. This will contribute to achievement of SDGs 8.
