• Identify popular, trending features that drive user engagement.
• Highlight features that receive negative feedback or are infrequently used, indicating less utility.
• Provide a comparison of feature sets across leading apps.
• Summarize findings in a structured report, including actionable insights.
Deliverables:
1. Feature Comparison Matrix: A table listing top wardrobe apps with features compared side-by-side, highlighting which features are unique, common, or less effective.
2. Trending Feature Report: A section dedicated to popular features currently trending among wardrobe apps, with insights into why these features are well-received by users.
3. Ineffective Features Analysis: An overview of features that users find less useful, based on app reviews and feedback, along with reasons for their limited effectiveness.
4. Summary of Competitor Insights: A concise summary detailing the strengths and weaknesses of the leading apps, identifying opportunities for feature differentiation.
5. Actionable Recommendations: Suggestions on which features could be prioritized for a new wardrobe app, based on the research findings.
