I need a seasoned BRSR professional to draft complete Business Responsibility and Sustainability Reports for several manufacturing-sector clients. Because these accounts are starting from a clean slate, you will guide data discovery, structure the narrative, and produce compliant, submission-ready documents that address every mandatory disclosure.
The reports must give equal weight to environmental impact, social practices, and governance policies. This means you will have to design metrics, draft policies where gaps exist, and embed best-practice references to frameworks such as the latest SEBI BRSR format, GRI, and any other standard that strengthens credibility in the Indian manufacturing context.
I will provide access to each client’s leadership team, production managers, and finance personnel so you can collect primary data. Apart from that, you will be expected to build all content, tables, and analyses from scratch, ensuring consistency across multiple company profiles.
Deliverables
• One full BRSR per client in editable Word and print-ready PDF
• A concise data-collection checklist we can reuse internally
• A short hand-off note explaining any assumptions or estimation techniques applied
