You will be asked to do an analysis of a publicly traded company.
Standard company analysis will apply:

 Review of Company’s approach to corporate governance
 Analysis – approach to ethics, responsibility and sustainability
 Alternatives and Recommendations for Improvement
 Conclusion
You will be assessed on your ability to apply concepts and theories from the course as part of the
analysis as well as your general approach to company analysis
