Lucidchart Specialist for Business Process Mapping

Freelance Requirement – Business Process Analyst (Lucidchart & ERP Workflows)

We are a Pharmaceutical Merchant Exporter looking for a freelancer to help us design and refine our business process flows in Lucidchart. These process maps will be shared with our ERP development team, so accuracy and clarity are critical.

Scope of Work:
1. Understand our business workflows (imports, exports, CHA coordination, manufacturer interaction, documentation, etc.).
2. Develop clear and professional flowcharts in Lucidchart to represent our processes.
3. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in the current workflows and suggest improvements.
4. Ensure the workflows are structured in a way that ERP developers can easily translate into system features.
5. Revise and refine diagrams as per feedback until the flow is complete and logical.

Required Skills:
1. Strong background in Business Process Analysis / Business Analysis.
2. Proven experience with Lucidchart, Visio, or BPMN workflow tools.
3. Understanding of ERP systems and how workflows are translated into ERP modules.
4. Ability to quickly understand complex processes and simplify them visually.
5. (Preferred but not mandatory) Exposure to pharmaceutical exports, supply chain, or logistics processes.

Engagement Type:
1. Freelance / Project-based
2. Remote work (collaboration over Zoom/Meet + document sharing)
3. Duration: Estimated 2–4 weeks (depending on iterations and complexity)

Deliverables:
1. Set of Lucidchart workflows covering our end-to-end business processes.
2. Recommendations document (short notes on any missing or unclear steps identified).
