Looking for a someone to help in AHP method (Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP)

Hi, I need someone to help in building Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) for a decision making process, this including conducting the following:
- Pair wise comparisons
- Normalized Matrix for Cost
- Priority Vector For Cost
- Checking Consistency
- Priority Vector For Reliability
Anyone who worked on it before please advice.
