As a team leader of a IT developer team, we are planning to open new company.
First of all, we need to advertise our company, so I prefer the freelancers who have strong writing skill.
So we need more freelancers specializing in writing skill, human resource skill, custom service skill, developing skill business analyzing skill, and so on.

We prefer American freelancers.
