We are a small special education centre for kids offering a stimulating experience to improve each child’s academic, cognitive, physical as well as social development. Our core value is making parents, their kids and our talents to be of the decision-making process. We have multiple services and have a very detailed onboarding process that is not automated.

We are looking for an experienced individual or a company who has the experience required to apply a holistic approach, such as Business Experience (BX) or Service Design (SD) to improve an existing service experience by exploring three angles:-

Understanding policies, practices, process, procedures, people, and systems
