Let's build a startup which can really change the world
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I am laying the groundwork for a brand-new, lean startup and want to bring in a small, tightly-knit group that can move fast, wear multiple hats, and grow with the venture from day one. Right now the top priorities are strategy mapping and keeping our paperwork compliant, but I also need the people who will turn ideas into a real, working product.
From this You can get the point we are on starting phase so we cannot spend much on the team. Most of the work you are doing will be like future investment of your career. DON'T BID
IF YOU ARE FOCUSING MONEY.
The immediate openings are:
• Developers – to build the first functional prototype, iterate quickly, and help shape the tech stack.
• Business Analysts – to translate market needs into clear requirements, map processes, and keep decisions data-driven.
• Administrators for Paperwork – to handle company registrations, contracts, basic bookkeeping, and any regulatory filings so the rest of us can focus on product.
Designers and Marketing Specialists are not urgent this very minute, yet I’m happy to talk if you have crossover skills that can add value in the short term.
What I expect from everyone:
– Comfortable collaborating in a small remote team, communicating openly on Slack/Teams, and documenting work in shared drives.
– A proactive attitude; you notice gaps and fill them without waiting to be asked.
– Availability to start right away and commit at least 15–20 hours weekly for the next two months, with the option to extend full-time after funding.
If you thrive in zero-bureaucracy environments and want real influence over a company’s direction, let’s talk. Tell me which role fits you best, what tools you prefer, and how soon you can jump in.
