Lead 4-Week Spectral Trading Lab Study
Budget: $3,000 – $5,000 USD
Over the next four weeks I will be running a Spectral Lab study aimed at experienced traders to evaluate Spectral Studio™ and Spectral Scanner™ — our new frequency-domain trading tools. The core objectives are clear: capture unbiased feedback on usability, clarity of spectral signals, trading decision impact, and overall user satisfaction, and turn those insights into actionable recommendations for the product team.
All tasks across the full research cycle are part of the engagement — from shaping the study design to delivering the final report. The flow I have in mind is: working together with me to recruit 10–12 seasoned traders (3+ years active, profitable track record preferred), including helping to frame the Spectral Lab crowdfunding study ad to attract the right participants. You will then moderate each remote session, synthesize findings systematically, and present a concise, evidence-based report. Both quantitative and qualitative data matter here; please be ready to balance live observation notes with metrics pulled from the platform’s logs.
Deliverables
• Recruitment plan and screener that reliably surface traders with 3+ years active experience
• Session guide tailored to test usability, performance stress points, and subjective satisfaction
• Recorded sessions with timestamped observations (Zoom, Lookback, or similar)
• Clean data workbook and coded qualitative themes
• Investor-ready insight deck with critical issues, root causes, quick wins, anonymized quotes & performance anecdotes
• One-page executive summary
Acceptance criteria
• At least 10 qualified participants complete the study within the 4-week window
• Findings are traceable to raw evidence and clearly prioritised by impact and effort
• Recommendations are specific, feasible, and written so product and engineering stakeholders can act on them immediately
Spectral Lab access, the prototype link, and existing analytics dashboards will be provided on kick-off, plus direct access to founders for clarification and rapid iteration during the Lab.

We’re looking for an independent facilitator to design and run the study. You’ll help frame the Spectral Lab crowdfunding recruitment ad, co-recruit participants, moderate remote sessions, and deliver an evidence-based report for both product and investor audiences.
What you’ll do:
• Shape study methodology & participant screener
• Co-recruit 10–12 qualified traders (3+ years active experience)
