● Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
● Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the internal database.
● Provide reports and analysis on recruitment status and strategies.
● Active development of customer and market strategies that supports ROM - E Technologies overall strategic business plan.
● Generate the development of market and customer forecasts.
● Support Business Managers with key initiatives in product portfolio management and market analysis
