The content, structure, and financial logic already exist. Your role is to professionalise, standardise, and technically execute the decks so they are suitable for HNWIs, family offices, and professional investors.
The two decks are:

1. Full Deck Conversion & Cleanup
• Convert all slides into clean, native PowerPoint (.pptx)
• Remove “draft”, placeholder notes, comments, and inconsistencies
• Ensure perfect alignment, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy

• Apply a consistent institutional look & feel across each deck
• Harmonise:
• Fonts
• Colours
• Icons
• Layout logic
• Keep the tone professional / PE-style, not marketing-heavy

3. Slide Recreation (Key Requirement)
Several slides must be fully rebuilt, not just polished, including:
• Investment Thesis
• Capital Deployment by Phase
• Cash Burn vs Promotion Scenarios
• Comparable Transactions
• Transaction Structure & Use of Funds
• 5-Year Financial Summary
• Promotion Scenarios
• Investor Returns Bridge
• Exit Paths
• Management & Governance diagrams
You will recreate charts, tables, and diagrams cleanly, based on the existing logic and comments.

• Rebuild all financial charts using embedded Excel inside PowerPoint
• Charts must be:
• Editable
• Clean
• Consistent across slides
• Dummy numbers are acceptable where clearly stated (they will later be replaced)

• Reformat all financial tables to be:
• Easy to read
• Investor-friendly
• Consistent in units (€m, €, %, etc.)
• No redesign of the financial model required — only presentation quality
