Key Deliverables:

* A compelling and visually appealing pitch deck outlining Smarbl's mission, market opportunity, competitive advantage, and financial projections.
* Approximately 15-20 slides covering key aspects such as problem statement, solution, market size, business model, growth strategy, and financials.
* Business Plan:
* A detailed business plan providing an in-depth understanding of Smarbl's business model, target market, revenue streams, and long-term strategy.
* Comprehensive market analysis, competitive landscape, and risk assessment.
* Financial Projections:
* Three to five-year financial projections, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
* Sensitivity analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Executive Summary:
* A concise executive summary capturing the essence of Smarbl's business, growth potential, and financial attractiveness.
* Due Diligence Pack:
* Collate relevant legal, financial, and operational documents for due diligence purposes. This may include incorporation documents, IP information, contracts, and regulatory compliance records.
* Use of Funds Presentation:
* Clear breakdown and presentation of how the raised capital will be utilized to achieve strategic objectives and milestones.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in developing investor presentations for fintech startups.
* Strong financial modeling skills and experience in creating comprehensive business plans.
* Ability to distill complex information into clear, concise, and compelling narratives.
* Familiarity with the fintech industry and understanding of investor expectations.
