Investor Equity Structure Modelling
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already built a detailed revenue forecast in Excel for my startup and now need a clear, investor-ready capital structure. Your task is to take my existing model, plug in the funding requirement, and show exactly how ownership will be split between incoming venture capitalists and founders over time.
The analysis must include:
• Equity distribution at each round (pre- and post-money)
• Projected ROI for the VC investors under base, optimistic, and downside scenarios
• Simple payback period highlighting when they recover their cash
Please keep all formulas transparent so I can tweak key assumptions later, and present the final outputs in a clean cap-table worksheet plus a brief summary slide deck that I can walk through in a pitch meeting.
I will share the current workbook and headline assumptions as soon as we start; I’m looking for someone comfortable with startup valuation techniques, waterfall modelling, and VC term sheet conventions.
