Integrated Holding Company Model
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I already have two fully-built Excel files: one for the Sports & Entertainment business and another for the Wealth Advisor arm. Your task is to merge them into a single, driver-based model at the parent-company level so that I can see the combined story of Loop Wealth Holdings, LLC in one place.
The finished workbook needs to:
• Roll the two subsidiaries up into consolidated Income and Cash Flow statements that update automatically when I adjust underlying assumptions.
• Generate clear valuation outputs anchored on ROI and EBITDA, showing both subsidiary performance and total enterprise value.
• Track ownership economics at each layer, so equity splits, dilution and carried interest flow through correctly to the holding company.
• Remain clean, auditable and easy to extend, with scenario and sensitivity toggles that a board member could use without guidance.
I will provide the current standalone models, a short written memo outlining key drivers, and any historical data you need. Please build everything in Excel only—no add-ins that a standard Microsoft 365 install wouldn’t already have.
If you’ve integrated multi-entity models before, especially in wealth management or sports-related ventures, I’d love to see an example of your work (screenshots are fine). Accuracy, transparency and thoughtful structuring are more important to me than fancy macros, so keep the logic clear and thoroughly referenced.
