Innovation (Idea Submission Form) and Evaluation Criteria Form

We are a medium corporate company. One of our value is innovation and I try to build robust and confident innovation system. The innovation frame work start ones the applicant submit the submission form for his/her idea.
-The application should be complete and well written
-Ensure that the idea is aligned with company strategy
-The description of the idea should be comprehensive and clear
-The idea should be innovative and not repetitive
The application will be subject to three phases of evaluation:
• First feedback: from the strategy team
• Second feedback: Business unit team
• Third feedback: Strategy and business unit team together to evaluate a business case
After the second approval the business unit will create business cases and in third feedback they will prioritize the business cases and provide us with the implementation plan and expected improvement
