Human Resources Generalist

As an HR generalist, you will be an advocate for our culture and values. You will solve complex organizational challenges and will be an integral part of leadership teams. This will require you to analyze data and develop innovative solutions to support and execute our human capital strategy.
Provide strategic and sustainable human capital solutions aligned with corporate strategy, including:
Compensation Management Plan
Total Rewards and Performance Management
Talent management
Employee Relations and Coaching
Workforce planning and management (including staffing and layoffs)
Human Resource Metrics
learning and development
Consult with leadership, employees and cross-functional teams to provide HR support to achieve client, organizational and corporate goals
Leverage organizational skills from design to implementation and sustainment to deliver value-added HR programs to support the business
