We are looking for a skilled Hotel Revenue Manager to assist us in maximizing our average daily rate for our short term rental portfolio located in U.S.A.

Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in revenue management in the hotel industry, preferably with short term rentals
- Strong knowledge and understanding of pricing strategies
- Ability to analyze market trends and demand forecasting to determine optimal pricing strategies
- Proficiency in channel management, including online travel agencies and direct bookings
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with other departments and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze data to make informed decisions
- Familiarity with revenue management software and tools

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize the average daily rate and overall revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to stay competitive in the economy hotel segment
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align pricing strategies with promotional activities
- Conduct regular demand forecasting to anticipate fluctuations in occupancy and adjust pricing accordingly
- Optimize channel management to ensure maximum exposure and revenue from various distribution channels
- Analyze data and generate reports to track revenue performance and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated
