I'm seeking an asset management expert to optimize our process for tracking and managing employee headcount at our hotels.
I need a skilled asset management expert to help calculate the estimated number for my company's employee headcount. And should have a Great knowledge of the Market in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate our current Total keys.
- Using this information to estimate the number of Employees depends on Hotel Positioning.
- Analyze the difference in Headcount between a Hote, Service Apartment, and Branded Residence.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have a strong background in asset management
- Be adept at conducting Saudi market analysis
- Be able to assess hotel keys and Head counting effectively
- Have experience developing Staff estimation strategies
- Be able to calculate the estimated number for the employee's
- Be Able to Provide a Report and a Presentation.
Please note that my company has more than 50 employees, so experience in managing assets on this scale is preferred.
