We are actively looking for a Experinced Business Analyst who can help us grow by bringing in quality clients and managing end-to-end communication for web development projects.

**What You’ll Do:**
• Generate leads from platforms like Upwork, Freelancer & Fiverr
• Understand client requirements and convert them into clear project scope
• Create proposals, cost estimations & winning pitches
• Handle client communication, negotiation & deal closure
• Act as a bridge between client and development team
• Ensure smooth execution and long-term client relationships

**What We’re Looking For:**
• Strong communication & client handling skills
• Experience in proposal writing & requirement gathering
• Knowledge of freelancing platforms
• Basic understanding of web development & UI/UX flow

**Bonus Points If You Have:**
• Experience with international clients
• Prior experience in BA / BDE / IT Sales

**Compensation:**
• Purely commission-based (10%–20% per project)
• High earning potential with no cap
