I’m looking for a business-minded project analyst who can help me sharpen the way our healthcare organization runs day-to-day operations. Your role will revolve around three pillars: gathering clear, traceable requirements from front-line clinical and administrative staff, mapping and re-engineering our current processes for greater efficiency, and backing every recommendation with solid data analysis.
You’ll start by talking to department leads, observing workflows, and translating their needs into a concise requirements document. From there, I need streamlined process maps that highlight bottlenecks and waste, followed by data-driven suggestions to remove them. Because the entire engagement is aimed at boosting operational efficiency, every insight must link directly to measurable time or cost savings.
Deliverables I’ll be looking for:
• A validated requirements catalogue tied to stakeholder priorities
• Before-and-after workflow diagrams (Visio, Lucidchart, or equivalent)
• A brief data analysis report showing baseline metrics and projected improvements
• An executive summary deck that ties findings to recommended next steps
