Healthcare Business Systems Analyst Required

5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in a health plan, payer, or healthcare technology environment, with a proven track record of translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Deep understanding of healthcare EDI transactions (such as 837 claims, 834 enrollment, 835 remittance) and the ability to analyze, map, and validate data flows between internal and external systems.
Expertise in developing clear Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional/Technical Specifications, and process flows, ensuring accuracy, traceability, and stakeholder alignment.
Hands‑on experience supporting system integrations, file transfers, and data loading processes, including defining requirements for secure transmission methods (SFTP, APIs) and error handling.
Proven ability to work across cross‑functional teams—operations, IT, vendors, and QA—to drive consensus, resolve conflicting requirements, and ensure successful implementations.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to investigate root causes of data or process issues and recommend practical, compliant solutions.
