I'm looking to purchase a homecare franchise, i already have experience in homecare franchise have purchased one before. Currently in the homecare business. I have already reviewed the Heads of Agreement and sent them what i need ammended/reviewed and the vendor have asked for my solicitor's details to negotiate with.
