Guided Power BI Report Build

I have a tight window this weekend (12/6–12/7) and roughly 4-6 hours to turn raw Microsoft Planner Premium, Project Desktop, and a few Excel extracts into polished Power BI reports.

You will need:
- To be able to do this work during USA time zones
- To have your own Power BI license

My goal is to understand the build process myself, so I’ll be on a live call the whole time—screen-sharing while you either walk me through each step or quickly prototype the pages first, then explain your approach.

The core visuals I need are classic project-management staples: timeline and milestone tracking, task-completion views, an issues & risks register that highlights impacts, and an executive-level status page. All pages must allow filtering and drill-throughs by team, phase, and other project dimensions, and the finished PBIX should export cleanly to PowerPoint.

If time permits, I’d love to layer in advanced visuals and truly interactive dashboards, bookmarks, so the reports feel presentation ready.

Deliverables before the end of the session
• A working PBIX containing the reports above, connected to my data sources
• A quick reference or on-screen walkthrough so I can reproduce or extend the visuals later

You’ll need your own Power BI license, Power Query, DAX, and report-design skills plus familiarity with project-management metrics. Availability during the stated weekend hours is essential, and we’ll coordinate exact timing once you accept.
