We are looking for a driven, goal-oriented Operations Director, which will drive departmental and organizational productivity and growth. Our team is a customer-focused organization, with an urgency to win and drive for success. working closely with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product Development, and Engineering to understand key business objectives, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement best practices and processes to drive the company's growth,
Someone to help us organize and get ready to launch our business and create the process for our internal team and outside partners.
This is a unique opportunity for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to play a key role in a new & rapidly growing company in one of the fastest markets in the cloud/enterprise technology industry.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of prior experience in a similar (Sales/Revenue Operations) role
- Strong understanding of marketing & sales methodologies, processes & project management
-Extensive experience managing the tools in the space of marketing, sales & customer success.
-Familiar with Trello
-Ability to guide a team engaged in cross-functional responsibilities, with a view towards up and downstream impact, from multiple stakeholders’ viewpoints.
- Excellent communication skills, coupled with the intellectual curiosity to understand how things connect, and a drive to continually assess how things could be more efficient.
- Proven ability to help teams prioritize requests to deliver an internal roadmap
