Given an XLS, create an engaging analytics report in Word with charts/graphs from Excel!

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an engaging analytics report in Word with charts and graphs from an Excel file.

Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong knowledge of data analysis and visualization
- Ability to create visually appealing and informative charts and graphs
- Experience in creating analytics reports

Project Requirements:
- The freelancer will be provided with an XLS file containing the data for the report.
- The report should be in Word format and include charts and graphs that present the data in a highly detailed manner.
- The freelancer is expected to suggest a format or template for the report that is visually appealing and suits the purpose of the analytics report.

Deliverables:
- An analytics report in Word format with charts and graphs created from the provided Excel file.
- The report should be engaging, visually appealing, and present the data in a highly detailed manner.
- Phase 2 of the project will be to automate Word DOC analytics reports from the XLS data and charts (to be posted as a separate project).
- Final report to be between 15-20 pages.
