We are an international SaaS company active in the professional construction software sector, with clients across Europe and Asia. Our platform provides solutions for buyer support, delivery management, and aftercare/service processes in the construction industry.
Job Description:
We are looking for a full-time Business Analyst who is fluent in English and capable of working independently after an onboarding period. You will work closely with our international clients, internal teams, and product development to continuously improve processes and support our growing customer base.
Responsibilities:
Work directly with international clients to gather business requirements.
Analyze processes and suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
Assist the product development team by translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.
Provide ongoing support to clients (functional support, issue analysis, clarifications).
Create manuals, internal documentation, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in client onboarding and continuous improvement initiatives.
Communicate with clients and internal teams primarily via online meetings, email, chat, and support systems.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Familiar with tools such as Jira and Excel.
Comfortable with both functional and technical aspects of SaaS products.
Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency is a plus.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently after an initial onboarding phase.
Work Details:
Full-time position: 30-40 hours per week.
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 – 19:00 IST.
Long-term engagement.
100% remote.
Preference for candidates with Indian nationality.
