Full-time Market Research Project Manager and Bid Consultant
Budget: $2 – $8 CAD
The Ethos Market Research Full-Time Project Manager will support our Client Services teams, with end-to-end operations, by using functional expertise and technical knowledge.
The Project Manager and Bid Consultant will be responsible for end-to-end operations in:
- Partnering with account teams to respond to RFQs and RFPs
- Consulting on timeline, costing and processes for projects
- Supporting the setup and launch of new measurement programs and projects on our software system per client requirements
- Embedding standards & guidelines for team to follow
- Resolving issues (ex: sample feasibility, data quality, timeline slippage, scope creep, budget)
The right candidate will:
- Act as an effective liaison with internal operations, client service teams and also suppliers, forging strong interpersonal relationships through collaborative efforts
- Provide joint accountability for research quality and client satisfaction
- Have strong written and oral communication skills, able to effectively articulate project details, issues and resolutions with internal stakeholders at all levels in the organization
- Have mastery over processes and methodologies, adept at using analysis & reporting tools
- Showcase proactive tendencies, continuously looking for ways to add and create value
- Possess high attention to detail and be inquisitive
- Be a self-starter, possessing a high sense of urgency
- Give their top priority to all tasks required for this job
- Be agreeable to a daily fixed rate of $20 Canadian
- Be available to work full-time during Eastern Standard Hours business hours (9am-5pm), agreeing to work 5 days a week, Monday-Friday.
