Full Time - Business Analysist for financial sector, India, Chennai
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in financial services marketplace spanning AIF, mutual fund, investment banking, debt capital markets, institutional finance, retail lending & asset management
• Overall, 3 to 10 years of in understanding business process management and business requirements of the product and translating them to specific functional (FRDs) and non-functional requirement documents and BRDs
• Accurately defined dependencies, constraints, assumptions and risks
• Worked collaboratively with Business Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) by facilitating process reviews
• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects, project management and research.
• Proficient in design software (e.g., Adobe, UXPin, Balsamiq)
• Prepare plan for the programmer’s Requirements Phase at stream level
• Assist with Functional Testing in UAT by writing Functional Test Cases and maintaining RTMs
