Freelance Representative for Hannover Messe 2025 - Card Collection and Networking
Budget: €375 – €750 EUR
We are seeking a qualified and experienced freelancer to represent our company at Hannover Messe 2025 in Germany. This short-term contract position requires the freelancer to be on-site at the event from March 31 to April 4. Your responsibilities will include:
• Visiting designated booths provided by our company and collecting business cards of key contacts.
• Providing daily work reports detailing the number of business cards collected, companies contacted, and a summary of communications.
• Sending live updates via WhatsApp or Telegram to verify on-site progress.
• Capturing photo/video evidence from the booth to confirm your presence.
• Preparing a detailed follow-up report after the event, including:
- A comprehensive list of companies contacted;
- Communication records highlighting potential cooperation opportunities;
- Electronic scanning of business cards for archiving;
- A detailed exhibition schedule of your activities.
• Random verification of selected business cards post-event to ensure data authenticity.
Compensation:
• Basic Commission: €2-5 per valid business card, with the exact amount determined by the quality of the information.
• Performance Bonus: An additional €5-10 for business cards collected from potential clients or decision-makers.
