Freelance Housing Asset Management Consultant

Location
The majority of work shall be delivered remotely and therefore location is not a criterion for identifying the ideal candidate.
Services shall be carried out for affordable housing organisations across the UK.

Job Description
You will be required to assist in a range of asset management consultancy roles for affordable housing organisations, leading projects covering:
• ISO 55001 maturity assessments
• Development of asset management strategies and capital investment plans
• Analysis and development of operating and maintenance strategies
• Delivery of asset management training
• Analytics and data management

In addition, the successful candidate will be required to assist the wider business with:
• Report writing and preparation of presentations
• Project management

We are an independent asset management consultancy firm based in the UK. Our main market is the affordable housing sector, and this is where the successful applicant will be focused. We also work across other sectors that includes: oil and gas, utilities and infrastructure.

Experience Required
Degree qualified
5+ years asset management experience, with a detailed knowledge of ISO 55001, the international standard for asset management
5+ years Project management
Experience of the affordable housing sector is desired, but not essential
Expert knowledge in MS Office suite of software
