Project Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst for a 3 to 6-month (full-time or part-time) project to evaluate our current two bespoke web applications, which were developed 6 years ago to manage financial transactions and basic CRM functionality related to our overseas partnerships program. While these applications have served us well to date, they have become costly to maintain, lack essential security and logging features, and can be unreliable. We need a comprehensive analysis to determine whether we should continue maintaining these apps or transition to a more robust solution like Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, or another suitable platform. This project is open to both full-time and part-time freelancers.
