Financial Modelling Spreadsheet Creation
Budget: $10 – $30 CAD
I need a comprehensive spreadsheet that will help me understand what rate I need to charge in order to justify a capital investment. This investment is mainly in financial modelling.
Key Requirements:
- The spreadsheet should be able to calculate and display the Cost of business with added capital costs
- It should consider Fixed costs, Variable costs, capital, and pay out in its calculations
- Ideally, it will include the ability to calculate and display ROI (Return on Investment), NPV (Net Present Value), and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) as well.
Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Strong background in financial modeling and analysis
- Experience with capital investment projects
- Ability to create user-friendly spreadsheets with clear calculations and visual displays
