I am seeking an expert in financial modeling to build a comprehensive model in Microsoft Excel. The model will be used for business plan purposes on behalf of a leading Real Estate Asset Manager firm in Greece consisting of multiple business divisions. This model will play a critical role in forecasting cash flows and in analyzing company’s performance
Key components:
1. A detailed cash flow, Profit and Loss statement and balance sheet should be incorporated in the model
2. The model should project for the next five years (minimum) the company's revenues and expenses taking into account potential growth and changes in the business landscape
3. The model should also incorporate business specific - Real estate assumptions regarding volumes as well as macro assumptions
4. The model needs to be user-friendly, easy to play with for i) validation purposes and ii) sensitivity analysis
5. Automate data inputs and update procedures to simplify ongoing analysis
6. Liaise with business units across the company (Finance, Valuations, Asset Management, Strategy) to ensure the model aligns with the company's goals and strategies
7. Create custom dashboards and present key financial metrics visually (charts, graphs etc) to assist stakeholders in understanding company’s financial performance
Ideal Candidate should have:
1. Extensive experience in building complex financial models in Microsoft Excel
2. Finance, Investment, Accounting and/or Real Estate background
3. Ability of delivering excellent and simple models that are not only accurate but also easy to understand and use to facilitate company’s strategic decision making
4. Attention to detail and analytical mindset
