Financial and Investment Planning Expert

We seek a financial planning specialist to support a project relating to ICT for health in Africa.

SCOPE OF WORK
The Consultant’s responsibilities will include:
1) Outlining the required conditions to be met for the successful use of ICT in health and the delivery of e-health services in African member countries, potential areas, and benefits
2) Prepare a cost; short, medium, and long-term plan for investment in ICT and health in12 target countries
3) Identify potential partners and areas of focus and develop a partnership plan in key areas identified.

QUALIFICATIONS
At a minimum, the Consultant must possess the following:
● Significant 10 years of experience in investment planning
● Sound experience with the health sector funding mechanisms
● Advanced degree in a finance-related field
● Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English

We will provide a consultant with an analysis report on the IT situation in the health sector, to guide the development of the investment plan.
