**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Proven experience as a Financial Analyst or similar role, preferably in a small business environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
