M&A Financial Analyst - Excel & Valuation Expert

I am in need of a highly skilled financial analyst with a strong background in M&A, financial modeling, and valuation. The primary task will be the creation of a comprehensive financial model.
- Valuation Method: The preferred valuation method for this project is the Precedent Transactions Analysis.
- Data Provided: I will provide a wide range of data for the analysis, including historical financial statements, industry reports and benchmarks, competitor transaction data, and 3-way forecasts.
- Valuation Method: In addition to Precedent Transactions Analysis, Comparable Company Analysis (CCA) will be used to benchmark against similar companies.
Ideal candidates will have strong Excel skills, experience with Precedent Transactions Analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of financial modeling.
The project starts with a 3 month engagement. The primary purpose of the financial model is to attract investment or an acquirer for our clients - we have several projects underway.
