Finance Divestment & Risk Evaluation

I am looking for an experienced professional to assist in an M&A project focused on divestment. The main goal is to optimize costs and expand market reach while assessing risks. The project will predominantly involve:
- Financial modelling
- Valuations
- Building a comprehensive due diligence (DD)
- Analyzing the Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA)

As this process will mainly involve the financial department, here are the specific tasks you will be expected to oversee:
- Doing market analyses
- Conducting a thorough financial risk analysis
- Identifying pertinent Valuation models
- Building finsncial models
- Evaluation of company assets and liabilities
- Building or analyzing SPA

Ideal candidates must have:
- Strong understanding and experience in M&A with emphasis on divestments
- Experience in financial risk analysis and evaluation of a company's assets and liabilities
- Proficient ability to build and analyze DD, valuations, financial modelling and SPAs
